To use the Service, you must:
- Have a valid Google Workspace or Gmail account
- Have access to a Jira Cloud workspace
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Provide accurate account information
4. Free Trial and Subscription
The Service offers:
- Free Trial: 7-day full access to all features
- Pro Subscription: Paid monthly subscription after trial
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service
- Violate the terms of service of Google or Atlassian
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by InnovaApps and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google, Atlassian, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
8. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate summaries and suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI content
- You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVAAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnovaApps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
