How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Go to Gmail → Gmail to Jira sidebar → Settings → Manage Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?

Yes! We use Atlassian's official OAuth 2.0 for authentication, and all communication is encrypted via HTTPS. We never store your email content or Jira credentials on our servers.
Can I use this with Jira Server/Data Center?

Currently, Gmail to Jira only supports Jira Cloud. We're exploring options for Jira Server/Data Center support in future releases.
Why isn't the AI generating summaries?

AI features require an active subscription. If you're on the free trial, ensure it hasn't expired. Also, the email needs sufficient text content for the AI to analyze.
